The Division of Holdings Company Information Technology Services, also known as HCITS, is principally responsible for the administration of all Information Technology operations for all of the units of the Holdings Company, and the provisioning of Information Technology services on behalf of the Company's business units.
As a Shared Services Organization, this organization is overseen by the Executive Vice President - Shared Services and Chief Operating Officer of the Holdings Company. Led by a Vice President, who reports directly to the Executive Vice President, the Division of Holdings Company Information Technology Services has capable leadership to effectively administer the technology needs of the Holdings Company.
The organization is currently split into three teams, all of which will be led by Directors. There is the Operations Team, who manages the company's system operations for all operating units. They ensure the availability of the Company's systems, 24 hours a day, and handle 2nd level support calls from the Holdings Company Customer Experience Organization. There is the Hardware Team, who in conjunction with HCFAS, procures the Company's computer systems and manages them. The final team is the Engineering Team, who works with the Holdings Company Innovation Accelerator Organization to develop and implement new innovative solutions to keep Holdings Company expenses down.
The leadership of this organization also works on any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Vice President of the Holdings Company.
